What's Involved?
A men’s group is a place to experience something unique and refreshing...something which is right on your doorstep. It’s a place to network, to grow personally and professionally, to receive and offer support, to improve your well-being, to talk about your concerns and desires and so much more.
This all happens in a non judgemental setting, hosted by experienced facilitators and mentors living here in South London, who are motivated to support men in their development.

How can I join the South London Men's Group?
Join via our website by filling out the form to register your interest in our next free taster session.
Are there any membership fees?
The first taster session is free...Afterwards if you want to come back we have a small fee of £15 per session to cover costs of activities and events.
What are the main goals of the group
We are a community of men that support and encourage each other to become the man we want to be.
We do this by creating a space that is confidential and free of competition and judgement so that men can grow and develop.
Can I still participate if I don't live in South London
Yes, we welcome members from all areas who can benefit from and contribute to our group. Men travel from across London to reach us.
What kind of commitment is expected from members?
We offer a free taster session and there is no ongoing commitment to participate afterwards....
Although in our experience, a taster session is enough for a man to realise the value of being in community and connection with other men which is why we regularly see men coming back...
How is confidentiality handled within the group?
Confidentiality is paramount in all our sessions and interactions as it creates trust among members and underpins the work we do. This is something we take seriously and so do all our members so that we can foster a safe and open environment.
